Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment

I understand this is a request form only, and that available dates will be provided upon review.

By submitting a tattoo booking request, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of $300 per day is required to secure your appointment.
  • Multiple-day bookings require a deposit for each day (e.g. 2 days = $600 deposit).
  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The deposit is deducted from the final price of your tattoo, with $300 coming off the total on the day of your session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 7 days notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 7 days notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • A new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
  • No-shows forfeit their deposit and may not be rebooked.
  • Needing to move an appointment 3 times is a loss of deposit.

3. Design & Style

  • I work exclusively with custom designs based on your ideas, within my preferred styles: realism, surrealism, and Japanese.
  • I may accept other styles if the project fits my vision — please include detailed descriptions when booking.
  • Flash designs are occasionally available and announced on my social media.
  • Portrait tattoos must be accompanied by a high-resolution image. If famous people I can often find these myself.

4. Touch-Ups

  • One free touch-up is offered within 6 months of your tattoo session.
  • Touch-ups required due to poor aftercare or requested design changes may incur a fee.

5. Studio Policy

  • I tattoo Tuesday to Friday only.
  • The studio is a private space with limited capacity. Clients are asked to attend alone.
  • You are welcome to video call a family member or support person if needed.
  • The studio location and parking details will be provided after your deposit is received.

6. Client Responsibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed.
  • Please arrive on time — no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
  • Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a good meal.
  • Do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours prior.
  • It is your responsibility to moisturise the area in the lead-up to your session and trim (not shave) excessive hair if needed.

7. Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell, contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
  • Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment.
